| hello,
i'm reda from morocco i'm a guitare player a joe satriani fan too !!!
i began playing guitare 4 years ago my level is still limited because
here
in morocco we d'ont have schools or guitar's professors!!! i heart the
joe
satriani's songs that you played, i really loved the improvisation that
you
maked specialy in the summer song!! i loved to do like you, so that's
why i
contact you is if you have some free times when you can give me some lessons
in the guitare theorie and in technics if you can!!!
thanks to you for reading my message ! i hope having your message soon
Whats up!! I checked out your site and listened to your music, you are
very talented. I'm 41 and have been playing the guitar for about 30 years.
I've played in a band before my career set in at age 30. Now I either
don't have time to play in a band or I can't find anyone close by.
Hey Axe
I'v just recently purchased a JS100 of my own and im haveing trouble with
the action, when i bend any notes from the 12 upwards they just go dead.
just wondering if you had any similr troubles and if so how you sorted
them. by the way great Satch recordings im a huge satch fan and your versions
were awsome.
Thanx Dan
hey man..1st off just let me tell you that your an amazing guitar player,
those mp3's just blew my mind....but anyway now onto my comment, i know
that it probably won't mean anything to you but the guitar project pictures
i saw of the SS i think it was, the black with silver stripes...the guitar
looks amazing but honestly and no offense when i say this but i think
you messed it up when added the black pick guard, personally i think you
did everything right up until you added that...just kind of threw it all
off at least in my eyes...maybe you could've added some silver stripes
over the pick guard to bring it all together...just my thought...thanks
for reading this...keep on shredding
Mike
Hi Joe, I came across your web site while I was browsing through the
musician classifieds on craigslist.com
I am so impressed by your playing that I wanted to know if you teach Guitar
and if so do you have room for another student? I can play, but in
comparison to you I don't have much chops. My favorite players are Steve
Vai, Joe Satriani, and Eric Johnson. I would like to be able to play along
the lines of Joe Satriani style but am having a very difficult time getting
to that level. I live on Long Island in Medford.
Regards,
Brian
Saw U on Cl, went to your site. Kool Site nice and clean easy to read.
I see you are influence by the great Joe S, Stevie V. Both excellent guitarists
But if you are a true Shedder as you say you are, what about Wolf Hoffmann
from Accept? And Glenn Tippin,K.K.Dowling?

Hey Joe,
Thanks for replying to our ad in reference the lead guitar
player, i checked out your website, and you are very talented and i think
that your talent should be shared with more than a long island club band,
your awesome, your licks are on the money and IM very impressed, but like
i said, you wouldn't be happy playing with my band here, were playing covers
by journey, Eddie Money, Neil Young, the list goes on, and i think you would
not be happy, with the way you play, you should be putting your own band
together, and showcasing your talent, thanks for taking the time to drop
us a line, your guitars that you made are great and sound awesome. Good
luck to you and I hope you do find what your looking for.

I've listened
to your recordings, and I can't get over your tone.... It's totally
what I've been looking for myself.
Any tips for
getting a sound like yours? Any help would be helpful as I am on the
market for a new amp head and effects.
Hi
axe, congratulations for the page on the web it is a good page.
You are a big fan of Joe, i like his music a lot.
Are you into Vai's stuff as well?
Can you tell-me here i can find a decent backing track of
shalla bal on the net.
Do you have a band?
How long do you play guitar?
My name is Pedro.
heyy thanks, i like the site alot,.. i was checking
out the gutiars you were building,.. do you take orders?
Hey Joe,
I have been checking out your site. Your recordings are great. I'm looking
for a new amp and I'm interested in the JSX. Can you tell me which
recordings were done with the JSX? And I'm also curious which recordings
are
just the amp and which ones used effects for distortion.
I currently have a Line 6 Flextone III which is a great versitle amp,
but
I'm missing the feel and the vibe you get from a tube amp. I'm not getting
rid of the Flextone because it works great in my cover band. I'm looking
for
an amp to have some fun with. I love jamming in the studio to backing
tracks. Mostly Satriani songs. Judging from your site, we have similar
taste
in music.
By the way, I really like your cover of Summer Song. Yours is the first
I've
heard that nailed the delays in the intro riff. Are you doing it with
the
DD3 or the GNX1? Anyway, great job on the songs.
Thanks,
Oz...
Hey
Man,
I just heard some of your Satriani covers, and they sound great. I was
wondering if you could send me the backing track for House Full of Bullets.
I can't find it anywhere. Thanx - Strang

I am so impressed with your recordings you have a style of your own
and you hit the timing very uniquely.
am learning myself especially the sustain and feel
of the notes. I
am learning from backing tracks too and Satriani opened
the skills for
me to tryo out virtually any guitarists that I can think
of.
Great I'll make you my influence dude!

Hello
Joe,
congratulation for this beautiful work. I love the sound and the power
of your covers ... bravo !
am extremely impressed with your site, but as one of the lucky people
in this world who have rocked with you in person, a recording could
never do justice to your awesome guitar talents.
ROCK ON, AXESHREDDER !!!!!!

As a fellow Satch fan I must commend you, I have never heard anyone do
up a satch song before, let alone do it so well!!!!!!
Very inspiring man, I was starting to think I would never learn them!!!!
I had tickets to the Vegas show that Satch cancelled and was extremely
bummed. It would have been my 9th time seeing him!!!
Jeff
BTW, I'm picking up my JS2000 this weekend to go along with my Radius
540 and in a couple of months I will have added a JS1200CA

Hi,
my name is Jonathan and I was listening to your mp3’s great job. I was
wondering if you have the tabs for its about time or could direct me to
a website that dose. I have been looking around on Google, rock magic
and a few other sites and I can’t seem to find them. Any help would be
greatly appreciated. I was at two of the Van Halen shows this year and
its amazing to hear that someone can play as good as him. Thank you!
just
visited ur website, and currently downloading some of your mp3's.
nice lil' website, and a great taste in guitars, and guitar players.
i'm 16 yo, from ireland, playing regularly in a rock n roll band.
i'm massive van halen, and satriani fan also, and i'm big fan of
whitesnake. ed, satch, sykes, setzer, and sambora being a few of
my big influences. just glad to see guys like u out gigging, and
enjoying great music, and keepin' it going. my rock n roll band,
who does, van halen, whitesnake, ozzy, vai, satch songs' get so
much credit, as we're keepin great music, and most of all great
rock n roll going around ireland, as too much 'crap' is being produced
these days. so well done, and keep it going! goodluck!
all the
best,
james

Your
guitar work on your mp3s that you have on your site is fantastic. I
particularly like "Up in the Sky" and "The Crush of Love"
“DUDE!!
That is cool. I went to your site and I have to say I am totally impressed
with your recordings!!!!! My only gripe is
you didn’t say what amps you use or what recording gear. I would really
like to know how you recorded everything. I have an M Box and Drum machine
but I never could figure out how to make the drums real enough to play
a cover. How did you program the drums? Definitely 1 of the best covers
I’ve heard on the net!!”
“I also checked out your site Axe...very nice layout. Looks like you
are searching for a new gig....you would be a great asset to have in
any band.”
"Hi, like your website! I get the mp3's no problem but the photos
dont
load.anyway who is playing guitar on the "its
about time mp3"
you or halen?
it sounds cool "
"Hey there Joe!! James from Bethpage here,Just waving the hand
that way. I was checking out your site. Very nice Guitars you have there.
Also you sound very good on those MP3s
.I also dug the Van Halen guitars
you are designing. I happen to be a big fan of Seymour Duncan pickups, and
If you ask me I'd go with the JB in the bridge, its a higher output P/U,and
it is more defined, and complex than the 59. I use the 59 s in the neck
positions on my single cutaway guitars. Dicky Betts all the way! Anyway
keep up the good work, you sound really good. Are you recording with
the POD? Thats what those tracks sounded like(POD). I used to play 5150s,but
getting a clean sound out of those gain monsters is unrealistic. Do
you use the 5150s,or are you playing the New Joe Satriani amp from 'Peavey'?
I have to try one soon. As of now I am playing the three channel all
tube ' Peavey Rock Master 'pre-Amp',and a' Peavey classic' 120 watt
all tube power amp, going straight to a Mesa 4 X12 Recto -Cab . Washburn
and ,B.C Rich Gutars . I'll keep an eye out for you with the band situation
. Allright, take it easy and be well Joe. "
